A Short Biography of the Life of King James

James Charles Stuart was born on June 19, 1566 at Edinburgh Castle in England. His father, Lord Darnley, died before young James was a year old and he never knew his mother, Mary, who was the Queen of Scots. Little James was crowned the fifth King of Scotland on July 29, 1567 when he was only 13 months old.

James began to rule Scotland when he was 19 years of age. He married a few years later, making Anne of Denmark his Queen. King James loved his wife very much and wrote beautiful poetry for her. Together they had nine children. Once, when the King and Queen were out hunting...Queen Anne accidentally killed the King's favorite hunting dog, Jewell. Anne felt badly about this and so, James...brought her a gift to ease her mind of this incident.

King James believed in the Divine Right of Kings and the monarch's duty to reign according to God's law and the public law. He wanted to pass this instruction unto his eldest son, Prince Henry, but he feared he would not be able to do it himself; since, he was very sickly and had survived a number of assassination attempts. He wrote Basilicon Doron which means, "The Kingly Gift," in which King James skillfully weaves the sacred scriptures with godly and Christian advice.

The King offers his son this important advice on knowing God:

"Diligently read his word, & earnestly...pray for the right understanding thereof. Search the scriptures saith Christ for they will bear testimony of me. The whole Scriptures saith Paul are profitable to teach, to improve, to correct, and to instruct in righteousness, that the man of God may be perfect unto all good works."

"The whole Scripture contayneth but two things: a command and a prohibition. Obey in both...The worship of God is wholy grounded upon the Scripture, quickened by faith."

In 1603, King James became the first King of both Scotland (in which he already reigned for 36 years) and England. His new title would be King James IV & I.

The King had many enemies and endured much racism, slander, and criticism. Long after King James was dead, some people made false accusations of his character; in saying, he was a somite/hemosexual that burned Baptists, etc. This of course is foolish nonsense put together by people who simply wished to discredit his good name.

King James was an evangelist of the true gospel, which automatically made him an enemy of Rome and the Catholic religion. In January of 1604, the King called the Hampton Court Conference in order to hear of things "pretended to be amiss" in the church. At this conference, Dr. John Reynolds, a Puritan, requested of the King a new translation of the Bible, because the only ones that were allowed during the reigns of Henry the VIII and Edward VI were corrupt.

King James loved the idea and in July 1604, the King appointed 54 men to the translation committee, who were sound in the Christian faith and were the best linguists and scholars in the world. The 1611 Authorized King James Version of the Bible is the absolute and final word of God and shall be forever more! King James gave his subjects the greatest gift he could--the True Word of God (not corrupted as other versions) so they could be redeemed by the Blood of the Lamb!

King James is the founding monarch of the United States. Under his reign, we have the first successful colonies planted on the American mainland--Virginia, Massachusetts and Nova Scotia. On the following page you can read about King James and the Mayflower Compact.

King James suffered from many health problems through out his life, and the loss of his beloved wife Queen Anne in 1619 did not help his ill-health. He died on March 27, 1625. Though he died almost 400 years ago, the King's legacy, and the uncorrupted manuscript of the King James Bible continues to be the most treasured book in the life of God's chosen!

The Authorized King James Bible:

Where did the KJV come from & How do we know it is the right one?

In order to answer the question above, we need to go back in history...before King James I & IV even transcribed the Bible to English...and we also need to understand where the corrupt versions came from. As we go back to the origins of the original and corrupted manuscripts; we will find amazing facts that point to the King James Bible, as the only true preserved Word of God!

It started in the city of Antioch, in Syria, where the true believers and disciples of God were making exact copies of the original manuscripts. From Antioch, the Christians sent missionaries down into Egypt to teach the people living in Alexandria (the second largest city in the world). The city of Alexandria was Satan's territory...Egypt, the land of Isis (The Queen of Heaven) and Horus (The Sun God), which at that time was the center of Baal worship.

Some of the world's greatest minds were living in Alexandria, and they were very proud of their great wisdom...so they thought! These men wanted to call themselves, "Gnostics," which means "to know." They thought they were the only men who had a true knowledge of the Christian religion...as far as they were concerned; those soul-winning Christians up in Antioch were a bunch of nuts! The Gnostics setup a school of Religion and Philosophy which became the "center of Christian Learning and Culture."

Colossians 2:8 "Beware lest any man spoil you through philosophy and vain deceit, after the tradition of men, after the rudiments of the world, and not after Christ.”

But then a problem arose...they didn't believe in a real Heaven or Hell, nor did they even believe the Bible was the Word of God. So, when they got hold of the Bible manuscripts, they started making changes. And why not? They thought they were wiser than God!

A great student named, Origen, was president of this school. He didn't believe Jesus was God; so, he, as well as the others, decided to chop out 1 John 5:7, "For there are three that bear record in heaven, the Father, the Word, and the Holy Ghost: and these three are one." Origen was an Arian (today he would be called a Jehovah's Witness). In 184 A.D. - 254 A.D. Origen was mightily used by Satan to corrupt and deceive people of the True Word of God!

Constantine (son of the Roman Emperor) worshipped Sol (the sun god), and he ordered a man named Eusebius (the Bishop of Caesarea), to make him 50 Bibles. Eusebius had a choice of using the corrupt manuscripts from Alexandria or the true manuscripts from Antioch, to make those 50 Bibles. Now, Eusebius was not a real believer in Jesus Christ and he strongly believed the same way Origen did; therefore there was no absolute way he would touch those manuscripts of Antioch to make Bibles for the Roman Catholic Church. So, he used the corrupted manuscripts from Alexandria. He called it, "The Latin Vulgate Bible," transcribed by Jerome. The Roman Catholic Church slowly grew in power and might and "The Latin Vulgate," became the official Bible for the Romans Catholic Church...outlawing all other versions!

Some of the true Christian believers had copies of the Antioch manuscripts...and they had to hide in the Alps for protection. Rome would not put up with competition, especially from those pipsqueaks up in the mountains, who had copies of the true Word of God! When they caught those Christians of Rome, they became martyrs for Christ—being burned alive—simply because they shared the true Scriptures with the Roman Catholics.

At this time, Rome exploded in anger. They launched an all-out war to destroy the Christians and their Scriptures; this became known as the "Inquisition. Many Christians were slaughtered...but some escaped by the grace of God, fulfilling His will—with the Antioch manuscripts! The total victims had reached to 68 million at the hands of the Roman Catholic Institution before ending around 1800.

The Roman Catholic Church set up the "Order of the Jesuits," headed by a Spaniard named Ignatius De Loyola. Together they engineered another inquisition, called the St. Bartholomew Massacre, killing unarmed Bible believers in Paris. Their next target was England, where countless Jesuits were sent undercover to capture key positions and to translate Origen's Alexandrian manuscripts into an English Bible in 1582, but the English people rejected them!

In 1604, King James I of England, wanted a Bible for the English citizens, therefore he assembled a group of 54 men that God had prepared for this work. When they started working on the translation, everything was done in the open—not in secret, like some do! First they put together the manuscripts from Antioch, both the Old and New Testament—rejecting the corrupted manuscripts that Origen conveyed back in Alexandria, Egypt. There were many corrupted versions that came about, and ALL of them lead back to where they began—in Alexandria, Egypt.

For the Old Testament, they used the "Massoretic Text." It was the same manuscript that the Jews used. Time proved this to be the right choice; because when the Dead Sea Scrolls were found in 1947, they discovered that the book of the Isaiah Scroll was from the Massoretic Text. The King James Bible was right on target, both manuscripts agreed with each other.

Unknowingly, among the group of men chosen by King James to translate the Bible to English ...was a heavy concentration of undercover Jesuits posing as members of the Church of England. They tried to add the Apocrypha—which are the uninspired books containing “the 400 years of silence" (which is where the idea of purgatory came from)—however, God in His sovereign grace preserved His written Word and they were not able to change it as they planned! After years of work, it was finished in 1611. They had the true word of God in English...the 1611 Authorized King James Bible!

Around 1875, the popular cry in England was to "update" some of the words of the King James Bible. The people pushing this were the friends of England's Roman Catholic Cardinal Newman (who was educated by the Jesuits). A new committee was formed...but everything was top secret! They worked on the Old and New Testament for 20 years, changing it by using another manuscript!! Within the committee were two members, Wescott and Hort from the Church of England (who secretly supported the Roman Catholic Church). They put pressure on the other committee members, proclaiming that the old texts in the Vatican (originated by Origen in Egypt) were more reliable than the copies from Antioch. They substituted the true Word of God for this corrupted text from Origen (the Latin Vulgate). The Jesuits were thrilled!

Thanks to Wescott and Hort, we now have in the last 80 years, over 90 different English Bible versions based on Origen's corrupted text; all trying to push the King James Bible out of the picture! Leading up to one common Bible for all religions; or one ecumenical Bible; one world religion! As in many seminaries, professors are teaching out of the "Alexandria" versions, seducing the King James Bible, or "Textus Receptus," (the Greek word for Received Text). What did we learn from all this? What it all boils down to is...there are only two manuscripts...one true...and the other false!

Let's review over what we have learned: the false manuscripts originated in Alexandria, Egypt. They were given the true manuscript from Antioch, Syria; but since they didn't believe the Bible was the Word of God, they started making changes, eliminating many verses. Nor did they believe in a real Heaven or Hell, so they simply removed those references.

The Roman Catholics took this corrupted version (the Latin Vulgate) for their Bible. Following thereafter was Wescott and Hort, who used the Latin Vulgate Bible to transcribe a new English translation, from which you get all of the Bibles of today—all based on the corrupted manuscript leading back to where it all began in Alexandria, Egypt.

The copies of the true manuscripts started in the city of Antioch, being kept pure and unaltered throughout the ages; and translated into English by King James; we do have the true authorized word of God!!!

God Will Preserve His Word!

Psalm 12:6 & 7 "The words of the LORD are pure words: as silver tried in a furnace of earth, purified seven times. Thou shalt keep them, O LORD, thou shalt preserve them from this generation for ever."

Isaiah 40:8 "The grass withereth, the flower fadeth: but the word of our God shall stand for ever."

Psalm 119:89 "For ever, O LORD, thy word is settled in heaven."

1 Peter 1:25 "But the word of the Lord endureth for ever."

Luke 21:33 "Heaven and earth shall pass away: but my words shall not pass away."

Those Who Change God's Word

Romans 1:25 "Who changed the truth of God into a lie ...”

Revelation 22:18 "For I testify unto every man that heareth the words of the prophecy of this book, If any man shall add unto these things, God shall add unto him the plagues that are written in this book. And if any man shall take away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God shall take away his part out of the book of life, and out of the holy city, and from the things which are written in this book."

PER-VERSIONS of the Bible

We are going to take a look at some of the PER-VERSIONS that claim to be the Word of God. We will go more in depth with the two most popular, the NIV and NKJV, on the following pages.

The definition of the word Counterfeit is: “to imitate or copy closely especially with intent to deceive!” That's what they're doing today with "so called" Bibles—which is inspired by Satan—the master of counterfeit and deception! It is his heart's desire to fool people into believing lies...John 8:44, "Ye are of your father the devil...When he speaketh a lie, he speaketh of his own: for he is a liar, and the father of it." His ultimate desire is stated in Isaiah 14:14... "I will be like the most High." He loves to imitate and blasphemy the Lord Jesus Christ, but he will get his punishment in the end, along with the millions he has deceived! Mt. 25:41, "Then shall he say also unto them on the left hand, Depart from me, ye cursed, into everlasting fire, prepared for the devil and his angels:"

It is interesting to note the derivative copyright law insists that...

"To be copyrightable, a derivative work must be different enough from the original to be regarded as a 'new work' or must contain a substantial amount of new material. Making minor changes or additions of little substance to a pre-existing work will not qualify the work as a new version for copyright purposes."

It says in 2 Timothy 2:15, “Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.” However, the NIV, as well as the NKJV, NASV, RSV, NRSV, etc. remove the word Study! Why don't they want you to study your Bible?! Maybe it’s because they don’t want you to look too close, because then you might see what they've ACTUALLY done to your Bible!!!!

Are you washed in the Blood? Not according to the NIV, NASV, NRSV, RSV, TLB, CEV, ISV, etc. In Revelation 1:5 of the KJV, it says, "And from Jesus Christ, who is the faithful witness, and the first begotten of the dead, and the prince of the kings of the earth. Unto him that loved us, and washed us from our sins in his own blood." Why don't they just change the song, "Are You Washed in the Blood” while they're at it?! But no they wouldn't do that! Isn't it irreverent and sacrilegious that these new Per-Version people will "update" the words of God without "batting an eye"—and yet would not even dare consider messing with the song!!

The NIV

The NIV (the Non-Inspired Version) takes away 64, 576 words...that equals removing over 30 books of the Bible! The NIV openly denies Jesus Christ and the Virgin Birth...they glorify Satan in removing complete verses and words amounting up to 64,576.

The NIV...omits and therefore denies "Christ" 54 times, "God" 39 times, "Father" 7 times, "Jesus" 50 times, "Lord" 38 times, and more. In 1 John 2:22, "Who is a liar but he that denieth that Jesus is the Christ? He is antichrist, that denieth the Father and the Son." The NIV denies that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh! 2 John 1:7 says, "For many deceivers are entered into the world, who confess not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh. This is a deceiver and an antichrist." (Also see 1 John 4: 2-3)

Some people think that the "newer" versions are easier to read. However, an easier reading corrupted Bible makes a poor substitute for the true Word of God! According to a Flesch-Kincaid Grade Level research study, The King James Bible is by far the easiest! The KJV is rated a 5.8 grade level while the NIV is rated at 8.4.

In the past few years homosexuality and sexual perversion has exploded into the mainstream. This is consider to be the "in thing" in our public schools, governments, and most of the world including so called, "Christians," who endorse this abomination in their churches! "And likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust one toward another; men with men working that which is unseemly..." (Romans 1:26 and also read to verse 32). In 1988, Zondervan & the NIV were purchased by Harper & Row Publishers (now HarperCollins Publishers). HarperCollins publishes “homosexual" books and is owned along with The News Corporation by Homosexual, Rupert Murdock. It's no surprise that the NIV has completely removed the word "sodomite," nor is it surprising that 1 Corinthians 6:9 does not condemn homosexuals but rather the homosexual offenders!!

The NIV robs Jesus Christ of worship! In Matthew 8:2, 9:18, 15:25, 18:26, 20:20, and Mark 5:6, 15:19the words "worshipped him" are removed from the NIV!

They pervert “The Lord's Prayer” into The Devil's Prayer. The KJV reads in Luke 11:2-4, (words that are underlined are omitted in the NIV) "...Our Father which art in heaven, Hallowed be thy name. Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done, as in heaven, so in earth. Give us day by day our daily bread. And forgive us our sins; for we also forgive every one that is indebted to us. And lead us not into temptation; but deliver us from evil."

The NIV perverts Jesus Christ into Lucifer! From Isaiah 4:12 of the KJV, “How art thou fallen from heaven, O Lucifer, son of the morning..." they pervert it into "How have you fallen from heaven, O Morning Star, son of the dawn..." Revelation 22:16 of the KJV refers the Lord Jesus Christ as the morning star NOT Lucifer!!

The NIV removes and perverts the word "Hell," which appears 31 times in the Old Testament of the KJV; but in the NIV, the word "Hell" occurs ZERO times!! For example in Psalms 9:17 of the KJV it reads, "The wicked shall be turned into hell...” but in the NIV it states, "The wicked return to the grave..." In the new testament of the KJV, the word "Hell" is mentioned 23 times, but in the NIV it only appears 14 times and they even change the word "Hell,” 5 times, using "Hades" as a substitute. (Matt. 16:18, Rev. 1:18, 6:8, 20:13, 14) The word “Hades,” is defined as an intermediate state of purification from the satanic New Age Movement. According to Webster's New Collegiate Dictionary Hades is thought to be “the underground abode of the dead in Greek Mythology."

How much stock can you put into a Bible that was published by a homosexual, words removed and altered only to suit their own sinful desires and "...who changed the truth of God into a lie..." (Romans 1:25)

NKJV

The NKJV has omitted words such as "Hell" 22 times, "Fornication" 23 times, "Devil" 26 times, "Blood" 23 times, "Virtue" 3 times, "Soul" 137 times, "God" 45 times, "Lord" 76 times, "Repent" 44 times, "Heaven" 50 times . The words, "Damned," "Damnation," "Devils," "New Testament," and "Sodomites," have been entirely omitted. Jesus is downgraded from "Master" to "Teacher" 43 times; "Doctrine" is reduced to "Teaching" 10 times, and the word "Jehovah" is eliminated 4 times.

Who says that the KJV is so hard to understand? It is in fact the NKJV who replaces the easier words of the KJV to a harder word. Examples: KJV has "house" the NKJV changed it to "habitation," "hall of judgment" to "Praetorium," "times past" to "bygone generations," "uproar" to "insurrection," and "Hell" to "Hades"—and more!

The New King James Version of the Bible copies the Jehovah's Witness Bible, The New World Translation in the following excerpts (which is a condensed form).

Demotes Jesus Christ in Acts 3:13, they change "his Son Jesus" to "His servant Jesus." Also, in Mark 2:15, they omit the word "Jesus," and in Hebrews 4:8, "Jesus" is changed to "Joshua." How dare they!!

Demotes the Godhead in Acts 17:29, they replace "Godhead" with "Divine Nature," and in John 14:26, "Comforter" is changed to "Helper."

Works/Progressive Salvation in Romans 11:30, "not believed" is changed to "disobedient," and in 2 Cor. 2:15, "are saved" is replaced with "are being saved." Isn't that awful? Also, in 2 Cor. 1:12, "rejoicing" is changed to "boast."

Mark of the Beast in Revelation 13:16, "a mark in their hand" is changed to "a mark on their hand" which makes a difference!!!

Religious Tolerance (One World Religion) in Acts 24:14, the word "heresy" is changed to

"sect," and in Acts 17:22, "too superstitious" is substituted with "very religious." Also, "bewitched" is replaced with "astonished" in Acts 8:9.

NKJV Demotes Jesus Christ in Luke 13:8, they change "Lord" to "Sir," as well as in Matt. 22:16, where "Master" is changed to "Teacher!" Also, in Matt. 20:20, "worshipping him" is replaced with "kneeling down." NKJV Supports New Age Ideas, such as: works for salvation as well as Pantheism, Androgeny, and Gender Equity. In Matt. 7:14, "narrow is the way" is changed to "difficult is the way," and in Eccl. 5:20,"God answereth him" is substituted to "God keeps him busy!" In Luke 7:19, 20 and Matt. 11:3, "he that should come," is replaced with "the Coming One." In John 4:24, "God is a spirit" is changed to "God is spirit," and in 2 Cor. 2:10, “person” is changed to “presence!”

Remember the logo on the NKJV? (Three circle/triangles intertwined.) The NKJV logo is the ancient symbol for the pagan trinity, not the Christian trinity. Use of number symbols (like 666) can be traced back to Pythagoras (582 B.C.), initiate into the Egyptian mysteries. The symbol was popularized again by Satanist Aleister Crowley (circa 1900) for the Royal Arch (Lucifer) of the 3rd Degree of the York Order of Masonry. The symbol's shape is duplicated as three initiates join arms and feet, while repeating the names of ancient pagan trinity. The NKJV's symbol can be seen on satanic rock group albums like Led Zeppelin, as well as on New Age bestsellers like The Aquarian Conspiracy. Remember Acts 17:29, " Forasmuch then as we are the offspring of God, we ought not to think that the Godhead is like unto gold, or silver, or stone, graven by art and man's device."

Witches, Occultists, & New Agers love this symbol and its number...which they consider to be sacred! Would God mark His Word with a symbol in the occult? You can clearly see that this corrupt, counterfeit Bible is filled with lies on the inside and out, trying to deceive people of the true Word of God! 1 John 4:1 "Beloved, believe not every spirit, but try the spirits whether they are of God: because many false prophets are gone out into the world."
